Last time these two amazing masters of Russian Martial Art taught together was at the Aikido Expo in California last year, and the response was phenomenal. Here is an incredible opportunity to meet the two founders of Systema, to ask questions and to learn how any style that you practice can be improved with Systema training methodology.
Read a review of the last seminar taught by both Mikhail Ryabko and Vladimir Vasiliev at the Aiki Expo HERE

This seminar is open to all martial artists.

We will cover:

• Systema fundamentals: breathing, moving, form
• Holds, releases and escapes
• Work on the ground
• Work against multiple opponents, and work in teams
• Strikes
• Psychology of confrontation
• Work with and against the knife (please bring your own training knife)

This will be an interactive seminar, rather than a lecture, with Vladimir and Michael mixing with the seminar participants and explaining things first hand. You will also have an opportunity to have your questions answered.
